Figs can be chopped and added to cereal or the chopped figs can be blended together with banana into milk or soya milk.
FLUFFY FIG WHIP: Whisk in a blender till smooth: 2 cups (soya) milk, 2 cups chopped figs, 2 Tbsps sesame seeds, 1 Tbsp honey. Serve as a mousse with whipped cream or ice cream.
