ITALIAN SAUCE: Cover 50g Dried Tomato with water and rehydrate in refrigerator for 7 hours. Drain and whisk in a blender with 100ml olive oil (or natural unhydrogenated oil), 100ml lemon juice, 4ml celery salt, 15ml fructose, 1 clove garlic, 200ml water. Serve over salads or pasta dishes.
