OATS is high in Calcium and contributes to healthy bones and teeth. It has an excellent fatty acid composition and is rich in high quality Protein, Magnesium, Iron, Potassium, Thiamine, Zinc, Vitamin E and Fibre.
Preparation: Take 1 cup Whole Oats and add to 3 cups boiling water. Add 1tsp salt. Bring to the boil – reduce heat and simmer for 45 min. Add: Raisins, Coconut, Nuts, Honey and Milk.
