BRAZIL NUTS consist of 14% Protein. They are the richest natural source of the Amino Acid, Methionine. Legumes are generally poor in Methionine and rich in Lysine and they thus combine well with Brazil Nuts.

Uses: Crush and add to salads, patties and baked goods. Eat as a snack or liquidize into sauces and nut creams.
