Couscous
Category: Sundry Health Lines
Couscous is made like egg-free pasta from semolina wheat. Serve as a pasta dish or use in place of sago or rice in puddings.
To serve three to four people, place one cup of Couscous in a bowl and soak in a little hot water for 5 to 10 minutes. Transfer the soaked Couscous to a cheese cloth lined colander and steam for +/- 20 min. Stir once or twice with a fork. Serve together with a cream or a pasta sauce.
