Vegetarian Burger Mix is a quick and easy mix that makes great vegan burgers; plus it can be browned and substituted for ground beef in many recipes.

Preparation:  Add equal weights of mixture in a bowl and allow to stand for 10 to 15 minutes.  Shape into balls and flatten to make patty shapes. 

Cook in frying pan with a little bit of a Nature’s Choice superior oil that is heat stable (e.g. Grapeseed Oil, Coconut Oil or Sesame Oil) for 5 to 10 minutes at moderate heat.  Spices or garnish may also be added and mixed in before cooking.

 

Ingredients:  Extruded soy meal, wheat gluten, wheat flour, starch, spices, flavouring, fructose and natural colouring.

 

Usage:  Seasoned to have a “beef-like” taste, this mix can be used in family favorites like homemade burgers, spaghetti with “meat” sauce
