A Natural Thickening Agent. A substitute for eggs. Use to thicken stews, soups and savoury dishes.

TO USE AS AN EGG REPLACEMENT IN RECIPES: To replace the binding properties of 4 eggs add 8 Tbsps Potato Starch to 1 cup water. Blend and add to recipe.
