Soya Beans are an excellent source of Vegetable Protein. They are also a good source of Fibre, Calcium, Iron, Zinc, Phosphorous, Magnesium, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin and Folacin.

PREPARATION: Rehydrate by adding 1 cup of Soya Nuggets to 3 cups of boiling water. Turn off heat and allow to stand until thoroughly soft. Add potatoes, onions, tomatoes and season as you would a rich stew.

Consists of: 1% Fat and 49% Protein. The balance is made up of Carbohydrates and Moisture.
