Tofu is rich in high-quality protein. It is a good source of B-Vitamins and Iron. It is low in sodium, making it a perfect food for people on sodium- restricted diets.

Once purchased, Tofu should be consumed within two or three days. Tofu should last another four or five days if water is changed daily. If well refrigerated Tofu can last up to five weeks and can be frozen up to 5 months.
