Flavours: Tomato, Spinach, Whole Wheat
Ingredients: Semolina (Cream of Wheat), Whole Egg Powder and Water. Semolina is the gritty, coarse, fibre-rich, particle of wheat left behind after the finer particles of flour have passed through the bolting (refining) machine.
Preparation: Bring 3 litres water to boil. Add a little oil to avoid boiling over. Add 500g Pasta and salt to taste. Cook for 12 to 20 minutes depending on consistency preferred. Once cooked, mix in a little fresh cream or tomato sauce or top with savoury soya mince.
