<p><strong>Instructions</strong>: Mix 1 part powder to 5 parts water and whisk.  Refrigerate<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img src="/organic/other/couscous.jpg" alt="" align="right" />Couscous is egg-free pasta that is produced from semolina wheat.</p>
<p>To serve three to four people, place one cup of Couscous in a bowl and soak in a little hot water for 5 to 10 minutes.  Transfer the soaked Couscous to a cheese cloth lined colander and steam for +/- 20 min. Stir once or twice with a fork. Serve together with a cream or a pasta sauce.</p>
