Gluten-Free Gnocchi Shells (Carrot)

Cooking directions:

Bring 3 litres water to boil. Add a little oil to avoid boiling over. Add 500g pasta and salt to taste. Cook for 12 to 20 minutes depending on consistency preferred. Once cooked, mix in a little fresh cream or tomato sauce or top with savoury soya mince.

Ingredients: Rice Flour, Maize Starch, Sodium Chloride, Natural Gums, Albumen.
