Nature’s choice Basic Muffin Pre-Mix has been specially created for you to give you the joy of baking your own unique muffins without wheat, gluten, sucrose and preservatives.

Ingredients: Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour, Fructose, Natural Baking Powder, Xanthan Gum, Chickpea Flour, Potassium Bicarbonate, Sea Salt.

Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 200 c and grease the line muffin pan with 12 medium muffin cups. 2. Place Basic Muffin Pre-Mix in a mixing bowl. 3. Add 1 cup of your choice “filling” e.g. apple and carrot, cheese, etc. 4. In another bowl, beat 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons sunflower oil and 1 cup milk together. 5. Add egg mixture to flour mixture and mix just until mixture comes together-it is very important not to over mix at this stage. 6. Spoon mixture into muffin cups. 7. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Note: To make muffins dairy free, the milk can be substituted with soymilk, rice milk or fruit juice
