Your Deficiency Status Watchdog

Category: Articles You Will Love2, The Good Living Guide

A Brief Overview

Part 1: The listing below will help you to match your symptoms to a possible deficiency, overdose or excess. Please carefully read the instructions below.
Part 2: The information at this link will show you which foods are high in the particular nutrient that you suspect you might be deficient in.

Could Your Symptoms be Related to
a Deficiency, an Overdose or an Excess?

Introduction:

This is a simple, logical, step-by-step utility aimed at helping you and your nutritional counselor to identify, to overcome, and to avoid the more prominent of the many nutritional imbalances. This information is supplied as a guideline only. It is not a complete listing, and it is not intended to replace the advice of a suitably trained health professional.

Please bear in mind that the fact that your symptom could be related to a particular imbalance does not mean that it is related to that imbalance. In other words, your condition could have some other cause. You should always discuss the outcome of your research together with a suitably qualified health professional.

Important Note:

If you are taking any medicinal drug, first check the insert that comes together with your prescription to see if the drug is not known to cause your particular symptom and/or imbalance. If it does, then bring this to the attention of your prescribing physician, or a nutrition-oriented health professional, who will suggest appropriate action.

Instructions:

On a clean piece of paper, make a list of the more prominent symptoms that are troubling you – with the most prominent at the top of the list. Having done so, search for each of these symptoms in the listing below (see search instructions below) and jot down on your symptom list, next to the applicable symptom, the possible deficiencies, overdoses or excesses that could be causing each symptom.

This exercise might reveal that a number of symptoms are associated with the same deficiency, or overdose, or excess. Whether this is the case or not, once you have used the listing below to research each of your more prominent symptoms, click here and follow the instructions.

If a particular symptom has many suggested causes, your best approach is to include more whole foods in your diet – especially nuts (in moderation), seeds (in moderation), and whole grain cereals and porridges. Nature will get out of natural foods just what she needs, and you should feel an improvement in no time at all. We highly recommend Nature’s Choice IncrEdibles (a super-cereal) and Nature’s Choice Miracles Plus (a seed mix).

How To Search The Listing:

The listing below is alphabetically arranged by body part or condition.

You may . . .

(a) scroll through the list using your up/down or PageUp/PageDown keys, . . .

(b) or click on EDIT-FIND, and type in your search argument, . . .

(c) or press the CTRL key and the F key together, and type in your search argument.

Please note that, wherever applicable, the body part is listed first, then the symptom or condition. For example, we have used Abdominal Bloating instead of Bloated Abdomen. The best search argument to use in this case, however, would be “bloat”, as this search argument would find all entries containing “bloating” and “bloated.” To find all references to the abdomen, for example, type in “Abdom” as this search argument will find both “abdomen” and “abdominal.”

Thankyou this list is amazing, everything I have suffered from is there and corresponds with the vitamin b deficiencies I have had to work out myself. For 29 years and so many dr’s and tests and prescriptions for deadly medications which I never took, and I start taking vit b supplements and all my ‘craziness’ and physical symptoms subside. It is sad to know how many people are locked up, on heavy duty psychotic meds or are just plain suffering and it could just be b vitamin deficiencies? I’m not mental, I don’t have M.S., I do not need valium or Zoloft or ‘counselling’, I just need b vitamin supplements, so depleted I was, I was losing my mind and my body was shutting down. Not one doctor in all these years ever diagnosed what I was suffering from correctly. I’m now one of the lucky ones. Things like this list will save lives. I was slowly heading towards insanity and I now have my memory, energy, health and sanity back.keep up the good work.
