Recommendations

The Main Meal suggestions may be followed for lunch or for the evening meal – depending on your circumstances. You will enjoy improved vitality and better sleep, however, if you take the light meal in the evenings. You may prefer to replace the light meal suggestion with just fresh fruit.

While most people follow a three-meal a day plan, those who have sedentary occupations, or who are wishing to lose weight, or who are struggling to recover their health, will derive great benefit from a two-meal a day plan. In such cases the breakfast and main meal menu should be used – taking breakfast at the normal time and the second meal at about 3.00pm. Wonderful results are often obtained on a two-meal a day plan.

For best health, we should always try and keep 5 hours between meals. (3-4 hours for digestion and 1-2 hours for the stomach to rest). Snacking in between meals is not recommended.

Water should be drunk freely, not earlier than three hours after each meal and not later than 30 minutes before each meal. By not taking liquids together with your meals, and thus diluting your digestive enzymes, you will experience a great improvement in your digestion and in the way you feel.

In all cases desserts are optional.

For extra roughage, add NC Molasses Bran and/or NC Digestive Bran to cereals and porridges. To boost nutrition, sprinkle a tablespoon of Milled NC Miracles or IncrEdibles over cereals or porridges.

Notes: Light Meal: Hot air poppers are inexpensive and freely available. Sprinkle popcorn with NC Sesame Oil (preferable) or melted butter. Flavour with NC Sea Salt, NC Herbal Salt or NC Garlic & Parsley Salt. For the fruit salad NC Instant Dairy-Free Cream may be used in place of fresh cream.
Monday
Breakfast Main Meal Light Meal
Chilled Orange WedgesNC Millet Porridge Tomato & Pepper Quiche + Salad Of Choice Vanilla Ice Cream French Toast Stewed Dried Fruit
Notes. Breakfast: Millet may be served together with NC Cape Creamy, Swiss Dream or Rice Milk and NC Honey, NC Fructose or NC Sweet Molasses.
Tuesday

Fresh Granadilla NC Luxury Granola Mung Bean Curry + Yellow Saffron Rice + Baked Banana Milk Tart Fruit Salad & Cashew Cream+ Baked Honey Custard or Cream
Notes. Breakfast. Granola may be served with sliced banana. At NC we also produce a VERY delicious gluten-free luxury granola.
Wednesday

Sliced Pears & Banana NC Oat Bran + Date Cream Egg Plant Asiana + Oven Baked Chips + Steamed Patty Pans + Peas Cheese Cake Savory Rice (prepared with scrambled egg, sautéed onion, tomato & peppers, and NC soya sauce)
Notes. Light Meals: Sauté cooked rice on low heat using NC Sesame Oil together with chopped green pepper, onion, mushroom and scrambled eggs. Season with NC Soya Sauce.
Thursday

Friday

Notes: Breakfast: Sprinkle with dates or raisins and nuts of your choice. Serve with milk or soya milk and sweeten with honey, fructose or sweet molasses.
Saturday

    Great Meal Plan – can we have it gluten free pretty please.

    i joined the gym last year and also got a meal plan which after begging they didnt have staff that could alter it to be gluten free.

    i really wanna know i am eating a balanced diet when eating GF.
