Fruit Creams
Category: Wholefood Recipes
Fruit creams are simple to prepare and yet they can make such a difference to a meal, a snack, a breakfast, or a salad. Almost any combination of fruit will make a tasty treat when blended with a little milk or soya milk. Try the following ideas. Invent your own combinations. Add a few nuts if you wish.
Do remember, however, that you are allowing the blender to do the work that your teeth should be doing. It is best, therefore, to serve fruit creams over foods that need to be chewed. If you are going to eat fruit creams on their own, then you should “chew” them so as not to hinder digestion.
