Miracles

Directions: For a delicious cereal add 2 to 3 Tbsps of Miracles to a coffee mill or a blender  and mill in dry form till fine. Sever with milk or soya milk. Add diced banana and raisins for chewiness. Sweeten with honey or fructose if necessary. Mill only enough for your immediate needs.
Improve the nutritional value of soups, stews or cereals by adding a tablespoon or two of milled Miracles.
INGREDIENTS: Flax Seed (Linseed), Sunflower Seed, Sesame Seed. We recommend you add Pumpkin Seed when they are available.

Wholefood Granola

INGREDIENTS: Flaked Rice, Puffed Parboiled Rice, Coconut, Sunflower Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Soya Milk, Cashew Chips, Raisins, Fructose Syrup, Maltodextrin, Vitamins and Minerals.
SERVING SUGGETIONS: Serve together with soya milk and honey to taste. Serve as a snack. Sprinkle over fruit salad.

 

Oat Bran – Coarse

DIRECTIONS: For 3-4 servings, bring 3 cups of water to boil. Slowly add 1 cup Oat Bran and stir well. Add 1 tsp of salt. Turn off heat and allow to simmer 50-60 minutes. Serve together with honey, milk, raisins, nuts etc.
The Fibre in Oat Bran is medically proven to assist in reducing high cholesterol levels, promoting glucose metabolism and improving regularity.

Yellow Mealie Meal

PREPARATION: Bring 3 cups water to boil. Stir in 1 cup [yellow mealie meal] and 1 tsp salt.METHOD 1: (recommended) pour mixture into a glass baking dish and bake at 160 Deg. Celsius for 1 hour. Stir once after 15 minutes. METHOD 2: Simmer on low heat for 1 hour. Serve together with honey and (soy) milk and your favoured selection of nuts, seeds, raisins etcetera
