Directions: For a delicious and very nutritious cereal add 2 to 3 Tbsps of Miracles to a coffee mill or a blender and mill in dry form till fine. Serve with milk or soya milk. Add diced banana and raisins for chewiness. Sweeten with honey or fructose if necessary. Mill only enough for your immediate needs.
Improve the nutritional value of soups, stews or cereals by adding a tablespoon or two of milled Miracles.
INGREDIENTS: Flax Seed (Linseed), Sunflower Seed, Sesame Seed, Pumpkin Seed.
