The Fibre in Oat Bran is medically proven to assist in reducing high cholesterol levels, promoting glucose metabolism, and improving regularity.
DIRECTIONS: For 3-4 servings, bring 3 cups of water to boil. Slowly add 1 cup Oat Bran and stir well. Add 1 tsp of salt. Turn off heat and allow to simmer 50-60 minutes. Serve together with honey, milk, raisins, nuts etc.
