TO PROMOTE NATURAL BOWEL FUNCTION: METHOD 1: Just before each meal, place 1 dessertspoon of dry flax seed in your mouth and drink down carefully with at least 1 large glass of water. METHOD 2: Soak seeds in water or juice overnight. Add 1 tablespoon of soaked seeds daily to cereal foods and porridges.

Research reveals that over the last 100 years the level of Linolenic acid (Omega3) in the average diet has been reduced by as much as 80%. Linseed contains up to 60% Linolenic acid.
