These superior spelt cakes contain no preservatives, no artificial colorants or flavorants, and no genetically modified ingredients. they are rich in wheat germ and are a great source of complex carbohydrates. Spelt is easier to digest than wheat. In laboratory testing no gluten was isolated from our spelt cakes and, as such, they may be suitable for those who are gluten intolorant and/or who have a wheat allergy.
