A Living Food -Sucrose-Free
Serving Suggestions: Method 1: Soak your immediate needs in water or fruit juice overnight. Add 1 to 2 dessertspoon/s to cereals, soups and stews. Method 2: Dry mill your immediate needs in a blender or coffee mill and add to cereals, patties and stews.
INGREDIENTS: Sesame Seeds, Sunflower Seeds and Pumpkin Seeds.
