Molasses Bran

IDEA: Add to cereals, porridges and fruit salads. IDEA: For a high fibre breakfast, or a light evening snack, simply add milk and honey or fructose to a bowl of Molasses Bran. Top with sliced banana and/or coconut. OTHER IDEA: Serve with yoghurt or apple sauce; add to soups; add to baked goods.

Digestive Bran

MINERAL- RICH TONIC: Place 2 Tbsps Bran in a mug. Pour 1 cup boiling water over this. Stir well, cover and leave in fridge. Strain and drink the liquid an hour before breakfast.
IDEA: Serve together with yoghurt or apple sauce. IDEA: Add to cookies, muffins, bread and cakes.

Rolled Oats

OAT WAFFLES: Mix together 3 cups Rolled Oats, 3 cups milk, 1 tsp salt and let stand overnight. Add water and 1 egg and mix to a thin consistency. Bake in waffle iron. Serve together with honey and whipped cream.
PREPARATION: Bring 3 cups waterto boil. Stir in 1 cup [rolled oats] and ¼ tsp salt. METHOD 1: (recommended) pour mixture into a glass baking dish and bake at 160 Deg. Celsius for 1 hour. Stir once after 15 minutes. METHOD 2: Simmer on low heat for 1 hour. Serve together with honey and (soy) milk and your favoured selection of nuts, seeds, raisins etcetera.

Lecithin Granules

Lecithin gives better texture and more tender crust to bread and other baked goods. It is a natural emulsifier. It is an important component in all human organs, including the brain, heart, kidney, liver and nerves.
For best results take 1-2 Tbsp daily. Please keep Refrigerated.
