Wheat Bran

Bran is the outermost covering of wheat. It is removed during the milling of flour. You can use it in almost anything: cookies, casseroles etc. It adds fibre to your diet, promotes regular bowel function, and helps to lower cholesterol. Bran contains appreciable amounts of B Vitamins.

IDEA: Serve together with yoghurt or apple sauce.

IDEA: Add to cookies, muffins, bread and cakes.
