Four-Ingredient Coconut No-bake Bites

In just under 5 minutes, you can create these Four-Ingredient Coconut No-bake Bites, following this simple recipe using Nature's Choice natural products. These bites are easy to make, healthy and tasty too. They are also gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo, and vegan. They can be enjoyed during any season, without any guilt. Now, try them out.


 1 cup Blanched Nature’s Choice Almond Flour
 3 cups Nature's Choice Desiccated Coconut, finely shredded
 ¾ cup Nature’s Choice Honey
 ¼ cup Coconut Milk

In a high-speed blender, food processor or mixing bowl, combine the ingredients and blend until a dough is formed. If the batter is too crumbly, add extra coconut milk until a slightly sticky texture remains.


Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls. If desired, roll the balls in extra shredded coconut.


Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until firm.


If no-bake bites are too crumbly, add extra liquid or sticky sweetener. These Four-Ingredient Coconut No-Bake Bites can be kept at room temperature in a sealed container. They can be refrigerated or frozen too.
