Garlic Parsley Chickpeas are great as a side dish, a snack or even main. This dish is easy to make and is packed with nutrients.
Preheat the oven to 200°C
Line a baking tray with butter
Boil the chickpeas for ten to fifteen minutes and drain.
In a bowl, mix the garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper with the chickpeas
Pour the chickpeas onto the baking tray and spread them out.
Bake for 20 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cool before serving.
