Ingredients
 1 cup Nature’s Choice Chickpeas
 ¼ cup Fresh Parsley
 1 Garlic (Crushed)
 1 tbsp Olive Oil
 1 pinch Salt and Pepper

Preheat the oven to 200°C

Line a baking tray with butter

Boil the chickpeas for ten to fifteen minutes and drain.

In a bowl, mix the garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper with the chickpeas

Pour the chickpeas onto the baking tray and spread them out.

Bake for 20 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes.

Remove from the oven and cool before serving.
