Chickpea Flour


Chickpea flour is rich in protein and dietary fibre and is also a good source of iron. It's naturally gluten free and easy to bake with making it an excellent alternative flour for those following a Gluten Free lifestyle. It can also be used to thicken soups and sauces and you can replace up to 25% of the flour in your baking to increase protein and fibre.
