Our NEW Ginger Kombucha is naturally fermented, tart, and slightly sweet, beverage. Delivering a refreshing and spicy flavour. Kombucha is known for having something called SCOBY(Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast). During the fermentation process, the yeast converts the sugar in the tea to a type of alcohol and the bacteria converts that alcohol to organic acids (such as acetic acid). Naturally carbonated, Virtually free from sugar, No colourant used, No added preservatives.
Ingredients: Purified water, Green Tea, Kombucha Cultures ( Natural Enzymes, Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus), Ginger Flavouring
Important: Open carefully. Colour and taste may change due to fermentation variation. Product may separate on standing. Shake well before drinking. Contains real yeast may continue to grow in bottle, strain if preferred. Best served chilled.
