Stone Milled in our own factory – from the farm to your table. It just does not get any better.
BREAD RECIPE: Combine: 850g Wholewheat Flour, 1 pkt (10g) instant Yeast, 2 tsps Salt. Add to mixture: 800 ml warm water and 1 tbsp Honey or Sweet Molasses. Mix together. Now knead well for 15 minutes till dough becomes elastic-like. Place in warm place and let rise till bulk doubles (+/- 45 mins.). Punch down. Pre-heat oven to 180 C. Shape dough into two buttered loaf pans. Let rise till double in size. Bake for 60 minutes.
